Covet Partners with BIMsmith to Launch New BIM Tools for Architects and Designers

Melbourne, Australia (12 Sep 2025) – Covet, a manufacturer of timber-look aluminum cladding designed for a variety of architectural applications, has announced a partnership with BIMsmith, the leading product research platform for building professionals, for the development of new Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools for architects, designers, and other building professionals.
The partnership includes a set of new Building Information Modeling (BIM) product models for Covet’s range of architectural surfaces, battens, and cladding solutions. These digital models contain key data representing geometric and aesthetic properties, supporting more accurate early-stage design. Each model is natively built for Autodesk Revit, the global leader in BIM design software.
The collaboration also makes Covet’s products available on BIMsmith Market, the leading cloud platform used by architects and engineers to conduct building product research and download Revit content.
“Architects and designers require precise digital tools to explore material options and refine their projects,” said Anthony Scott, Director of Covet Global. “By offering BIM content, we’re helping design professionals efficiently specify our products and incorporate them into their workflows.”
"The aesthetics and functionality of Covet's products present architects with a plethora of design options for their projects," said Benjamin Glunz, CEO of BIMsmith. "We're thrilled to introduce Covet's products to the global audience of architects and designers on BIMsmith."
